I work with adults and couples who experience difficulties in close relationships.
Sometimes the challenges are connected to a current relationship, sometimes they repeat in new ones, and other times their roots go back to childhood and family dynamics.
In my work, I use EMDR therapy to help release the weight of painful memories and restore a sense of safety in relationships.
I often work in English with expats in Barcelona who, on top of personal or relationship challenges, also face the struggles of living between cultures, being far from family, or finding their place in a new environment.
